Warehouse Team Leader

We are seeking a hands-on, people-focused Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily operations and drive excellence within our fast-paced distribution center. This role is vital in coordinating store persons and managing key client accounts to ensure every pallet, parcel, and process meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and coach store persons while managing daily workloads and KPIs.
• Respond to client queries professionally and ensure all SLAs are met consistently.
• Oversee inbound/outbound activities, maintaining a maximum 2-day turnaround from receipt to putaway.
• Maintain 100% pallet count accuracy and oversee WMS updates (INFOR/Paperless).
• Enforce safe work practices and conduct daily area inspections to ensure a gold-standard workplace.

What You Bring

• Minimum 3 years in a warehouse, DC, or 3PL environment with proven supervisory experience.
• Proficient in WMS (INFOR, Paperless, or similar) and Microsoft Office.
• A current Forklift Licence (LF) is highly desirable.
• A proactive problem-solver with strong numeracy, commercial awareness, and the ability to lead with empathy.
